I'm a Mac user and enthusiast and, although I must agree with your opinion about the interface, I also, as a webdesigner, find it interesting that it has so many MacOS in it! You can now test, in your PC, how a website will look and work as if you were on a mac... does that make sense to you?
I personally don't use Safari. I prefer the Firefox engine!! but when it comes to cross-browser testing, I go through all the big ones (I even have an old laptop PC to test things on IE6/7).
As far as the arrogant attitude goes... well... Macs are the best computers in the world.... (hehehe! I had to say that!!!!).You have a great blog here. Thank you for sharing your insights! You have a new, loyal, visitor!
Take care!

Hey there!
I’m a Mac user and enthusiast and, although I must agree with your opinion about the interface, I also, as a webdesigner, find it interesting that it has so many MacOS in it! I am always amazed at the Mac OS.After 10, 15, or however many years, you still have to grab the lower-right corner of the window to resize it. Never mind that often times you've moved the lower-right corner off the screen. Now they've brought this stupidity to Windows, whose users can resize a window from any visible border position.I know it's silly of me, but it's stupid pride like this that makes me not want to switch to Macs, cool and good-looking as they are.

Arrogant is a good term!
