Apparently, the mac address/serial number underneath my bunny wasn't correct, therefore Wabbit couldn't connect to the server properly. From the fact that you mention WPA encryption I gather you got her the newer RFID sniffing, web-radio-playing /tag version? Lots of strife with WPA access (although we seem to have solved that now) - and the Violet servers may be overwhelmed with all the xmas new-born bunnies... we ain't getting on there.
